PETITION FOR REDRESS UNDER THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES
BY WE THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES
We the people of the United States of America, having allegiance to our country and to our Constitution of the United States, under Amendment I of the Constitution, do hereby petition the Executive, the Legislative and the Judiciary branches of the United States government for redress of the following grievances.
Rectify your failure to abide by the Constitution and your oath to the Constitution, under the laws prescribed by our founders.
Disband all unconstitutional agencies including the U.S. Department of Education, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Housing and Urban Development, Department of Energy, Department of Agriculture all associated bureaus and return Constitutional bureaus i.e. immigration and naturalization to the original agencies. Repeal all laws and regulations associated with these agencies including the Patriot act.
Return all power relegated to said agencies to the States and to the people. End all mandates upon the States which are guaranteed a Republic form of government under the Constitution.
Return the $2.6Trillion to the Social Security trust fund that was taken illegally and separate the trust fund from the general fund. Ensure a secure future of the trust fund.
Reform the tax code so there is one flat tax not to exceed 18% of any individuals income.
Spend only 60% of the amount of revenue taken in and 40% towards paying down the nations debt.
The Executive shall only issue Executive orders consistent with the laws passed by Congress and no signing statements subrogating the laws of Congress shall be written.
The Judiciary shall solely base their judgments on the Constitution and the Laws of Nations and Laws of Nature which were prescribed by our founders and not on laws of foreign nations or theocratic law. There shall be no law of Supremacy that is unconstitutional.
Only Congress has the sole power to declare War and the President shall not send our forces into any conflict without a declaration by Congress.
Amend the Constitution in order that the People can institute a referendum and vote for or against any Law, Legislation or Judgment which the people find unacceptable and offensive to the Constitution.
Amend the Constitution, to provide for recall of any elected official by the people after 6 months in office for non-feasance, misfeasance, or malfeasance.
We the undersigned citizens of the United States of America, this petition having been verified by the Cities, Towns, and Secretaries of our States as being registered voters do hereby demand redress of all above issues within 18 months of this petition and it to be fully executed within four years of the date of this petition being July Fourth, 2012.
